Cancellation Policy

At Savari India, we understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your ride booking. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling ride bookings and any associated fees. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Cancellation by Users
1.1. Free Cancellation Window:
- You may cancel your ride booking free of charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
1.2. Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within 10 minutes of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee. The fee will be 30%.
1.3. No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time without prior cancellation, it will be considered a no-show, and a no-show fee of 50% will apply.
2. Cancellation by Drivers
2.1. Driver-Initiated Cancellations:
- If a driver cancels a ride, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will make every effort to arrange an alternative driver for you at no additional cost.
- If we are unable to arrange an alternative driver, you will receive a full refund for the ride.
3. Process for Cancelling a Ride
3.1. Online Cancellations:
- To cancel your ride online, log in to your Savari India account, go to your bookings, and select the ride you wish to cancel. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
3.2. Cancellations via Customer Support:
- You can also cancel your ride by contacting our customer support team at support@savariindia.com. Provide your booking details and request the cancellation. Our team will process your cancellation and inform you of any applicable fees.
4. Refunds for Cancellations
4.1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds for ride cancellations will be processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Cancellations made within the free cancellation window will receive a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur fees as specified above.
4.2. Processing Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking. The refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, but it typically takes “5-10 business days” for the refund to appear in your account.

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
